A hidden gem by the lagoon

Every morning we awoke to a fine view over the lagoon, while the friendly staff surprised us with fresh fruit juices by the pool. A relaxing paradise.

While the beach was beautiful, swimming wasn't safe due to the strong currents. This limited our beach time, but the facilities more than made up for it.

Incredible staff, wonderful food, fabulous location. Value for money was excellent. No complaints at all. The place was perfect!

Suggestions to improve even further would be stereo systems, docking stations in the bedrooms, a library, a bigger swimming pool, information on the different excursions available to read in the rooms/communal locations.

The atmosphere of the hotel is family.

The staff was unbelievably attentive-like, they were practically reading our minds as soon as we came in from the beach, handing us iced water before we even asked! And the food? Wow.freshly cooked meals that blew our expectations out of the water!

Yeah, it wasn't cheap, but honestly, every penny felt worth it.

Nicely appointed beachfront hotel with absolutely courteous staff from arrival to leaving the service. Beautiful and wonderful location, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Rock Pool. Set in an incredibly beautiful area very close to a nature sanctuary and prime nesting ground for sea turtles where five species of turtles out of seven are coming for nesting and a deserted beach.

The spacious Honeymoon Suite provided a serene escape. Dining was a highlight with standouts like seared tuna and satisfying breakfast crepes. The limited bar offerings and a somewhat clinical room decor didn't quite match the setting's charm. While service was generally stellar, the cost of ordering in-room refreshments felt off. The gorgeous coastal environment and attentive staff balanced some of the minor misses.

The family room was spacious and bright, providing us with plenty of room to relax and enjoy. The kids loved the clean and inviting pool, perfect for their playtime. The staff were attentive and friendly. Breakfast each morning had great options, and we appreciated how the restaurant was accommodating with our children's preferences.

The staff were very good too, and the lagoon view from our room was amazing. The fresh gourmet meals was really nice and the spa treatments were so relaxing.

Buckingham Place in Tangalle was great with its beautiful lagoon views and attentive staff. I celebrated my recent engagement here and felt pampered at every turn. Limited swimming access bothered me slightly, but the serene ambiance completely won me over.

Just a decent option for strolling around in Tangalle with good price-value balance. The staff offered refreshing fruit juice by the small garden pool, a nice touch. Make sure to ask about transportation to the city center.

Beautiful suite, fine beach. We loved the relaxing atmosphere and cute staff who went out of their way to ensure a good dining experience with exquisite food.

Excellent service and fine lagoon views . The suite was spacious and clean, with an outdoor shower that added to the experience. The food was delicious and offered a great variety. The two pools were inviting, and the tropical wildlife was a good touch 🌴
